TimeOffset
Moves a clip in time by time offset frames (positive = later; Mode sets whole or fractional frames); reverse input plays the input's frame range backwards.
Moves a clip in time by time offset frames (positive = later; Mode sets whole or fractional frames); reverse input plays the input's frame range backwards. The clip's frame range moves with it (the timeline's Input range).
