Dilate

Erode (fast): grows light areas (size > 0) or dark areas (size < 0) by that many pixels with a box minimum / maximum.

Glow2

Makes bright areas glow — the parts above tolerance are blurred (size, filter, quality as Blur), tinted, saturated, scaled by brightness and added to the image.
